The site of the leak at Palmerston Street Aqueduct on the Macclesfield Canal in Bollington was discovered yesterday. It's at the same culvert / sluice area as last year. The Canal is currently closed to navigation woth stop planks in place. It's planned for CRT & contractors to start investigations / repairs this afternoon.

Our dayboats are still able to operate, heading south through Hurdsfield & Macclesfield to Sutton, Lyme Green & as far as Oakgrove.
