P0299 underboost fault on the ecoboost engine.

We’ve checked condition of belt and it doesn’t need done, checked the turbo and is as should be. Diafram in the vacuum pump had failed so we’ve replaced it and guess what? No limp mode and no faults coming back!

So we recently deduced to stop taking headgaskets on due to on going issues with the vehicles once we’ve done the work.

We’ve found the route cause of our issues and we’ve now corrected 4 of the cars that went wrong. Only 3 left to go! Granted they’re my vehicles left to do! We got all customers done first.

We will be taking headgaskets on again, ecoboost are £1700+VAT same day turn around!

We stock and hold the 1.0 ecoboost heads in stock ready to go! Get in touch
