Firstly all wheels will have the tyres, valves and weights removed.
Secondly they are chemically stripped to ensure all the powder coating or old paint is removed this is done in a hot stripping acid tank.
Next we move onto repairing the damaged / kerbed areas. From there the wheels are media blasted to remove any corrosion and prep the wheel so the power coating can adhere to it.
We then finish the wheels with a 3 stage process which consists of primer, colour and clear coat. Finally we refit the tyres with new valves and balanced.
