One of the best things about being a trainee driving instructor is being able to learn from others who are on the same journey.

Today I met up with Haley - Instruct IQ- Trainee Driving Instructor and LDC Driving School: Sam Prewett. It wasn’t a formal training session or a classroom-style lesson. It was simply a chance to catch up, talk about the challenges we’re facing, share where we are in our training, and discuss what we could all do even better.

These conversations are always worthwhile, and I’m sure we’ll all take something positive away from them.

It was great to finally meet Sam in person after chatting online, and just as nice to catch up with Haley again 😁

A special thank you to my mentor, Josh Holleran - Driving Instructor Swindon - Instruct IQ, for always being there to support us. He’s always willing to share his knowledge, answer our questions, and help us become better instructors. That kind of support makes a huge difference.

Looking forward to the next catch-up! 🚗
