We are then closed between 1st - 8th January . Returning to work on the 9th January with an announcement and some changes!

Customers Range Rover Evoque in for a full service and as always we carried out a full health check.

We reported the brake discs were badly corroded and the customer agreed to have them replaced.

Replaced the brake discs and pads and got them back on the road in no time with brakes that are as good as new! 🔧

Clutch replaced on this Vauxhall Mokka during the week!

Removed the gearbox to inspect the clutch and confirmed it was worn and heat damaged,. We replaced the clutch and gearbox oil. Also advised the customer that the exhaust flexi was on it last legs and backbox had a slight blow. They agreed to replace the exhaust as well.

Roadtested and all ok. 👍 🔧 🚗

Customer called with a non start, they suspected the battery had already been replaced. (It hadnt) 😅

Attended at the customers home, was unable to test battery as it was too flat. Applied voltmeter to battery and found 4.75v. Requires new battery.

Removed, replaced and registered new battery 🔋 👨‍💻

Couple of vans to check over for the guys af Draintech Solutions LTD.

Diagnosed as being overdue a service 😅 new software brining on EML due yo the service being overdue and 'carbon values' in oil needing reset. 👀

- VW crafter with brake pad warning on ⚠️

Diagnosed as broken wiring at rear brake pad sensor, carried out a wiring repair and the rear pads were also low, replaced them at the same time. 🔧

Customer called reporting when the automatic gearbox was in drive, it wouldn't move and made a whining noise. ❌️

Investigated and found the automatic gearbox oil cooler and pipes corroded to the point pipes and cooler were leaking.

Both parts were silly money from nissan, managed to source an oil cooler aftermarket and cut/ flared the pre existing pipes then connected a few suitable hoses, refilled the autobox with oil and tested, now ok👍

Service, pre MOT check and ABS issue investigation on this Mini. 🔧👨‍💻

Few wear and tear components advised for the pre MOT check and faults in the NSF ABS wheel speed sensor.❌️

We'll be returning to do the additional work next week to get this customer back on the road ASAP!
