We thought we’d treat her to a lovely birthday cake… unfortunately, the first one was left over from last week! 😂🎂 Don’t worry, we did eventually get her a fresh one!

It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of the founder of Bryngwyn Service Station, my father, Mike Davies.

Dad was the heart and foundation of Bryngwyn Service Station. What he built all those years ago has grown into the business it is today, and his hard work, values and character will always remain a part of everything we do.

As a mark of respect, Bryngwyn Service Station will be closed on Friday 28th August, while our family and team come together to say goodbye to a true legend of Bryngwyn.

His funeral will take place at 3:30pm at Sirhowy Valley Crematorium, followed by the wake at Blackwood Rugby Club from 4:15pm.

Thank you to everyone for the kind words, messages and support shown to our family at this very difficult time.

Rest in peace, Dad.

Today’s question for the team…

What’s the biggest shtbox you’ve ever owned?* 😂

There were some absolute horrors mentioned today! 🤣

The common theme in the workshop? Air conditioning! 🌡️❄️ With this heat, it’s safe to say the A/C machines haven’t stopped all day.

We also made a little more progress on the Tesla project. ⚡

The girls in the office refused to be on camera today… apparently they were too hot and too sweaty to be filmed! 😂

And finally… a word of advice…

Never buy a car from Dan or Sam… poor Duke ended up with both of their worst sh*tboxes! 🤣🐶

It’s been a while since our last Garage Walkabout, so here’s a quick update from Bryngwyn Service Station!

In this video, we’ll show you the latest progress on our Tesla project vehicle, a previous Category S repair that has been keeping us busy, and take a look at our new dedicated clean electrical bay. This area is being set up specifically for key programming, coding, module work, and advanced electrical diagnostics.

It’s still very much a work in progress and early days, but we’re excited to show you what’s happening behind the scenes as we continue investing in the future of the business.
