A MESSAGE FROM AUTO A&E ABOUT CORONAVIRUS

We would like to make our customers aware that we are open for business as usual during these uncertain times.

However, our overriding priority is the safety of our staff and customers.

To help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and protect us all we have implemented the following procedures :
➢ Staff will wear protective gloves when touching any part of the vehicle
➢ Prior to handing a vehicle back to the customer, the steering wheel, gear lever, hand brake, door handles and key will be cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes
➢ The card machine in reception will be cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes after each use

To assist us in preventing the spread of this virus we would kindly ask customers to contact us by telephone rather than calling in person and minimise the time spent in reception when dropping off and collecting your vehicle.

We want to assure our customers that we are taking measures to protect us all against this virus whilst still providing a normal operating service.
