Big milestones deserve a big celebration! 🥂

We’re kicking off the year on a high note! On Monday, we had the absolute pleasure of handing over our first completed vehicle of 2026 to Dawn and Nikki at Positive Pathways.

Seeing their excitement made the handover even more special.

We are so proud to support the incredible work they do and can’t wait to see this vehicle out on the road making a difference.

We’re expanding the team at BDC Vehicle Conversions due to multiple new projects landing and a healthy order book for the rest of 2026.
We’re hiring an Engineering Production Manager and at least two experienced workshop staff with a background in coachbuilding, shop fitting, kitchen installs or similar hands-on work.
There’s flexibility for both short-term subcontractors (3–6 months) and permanent roles.

Say hello to the man steering the ship — our Managing Director, Mike Known for his confidence, quick humour, and legendary snack-box raids, he keeps the whole team laughing (and keeps the crisps disappearing). When he’s not cracking jokes or letting out one of his trademark burps, he’s driving our projects forward with sharp direction and big-picture vision.

We wouldn’t have it any other way — he’s the personality behind the professionalism, the laughs behind the leadership.
