didn’t manage to get pictures of the other jobs completed today but it’s been a day of punctures and rim sealing😂

This lady had been to another garage a few weeks ago and had the same issue that her tyre was loosing pressure was told it was sorted but was still leaking on the seal, once I took the tyre off the wheel hadn’t been cleaned on the seal at all so all sorted and back on the road🛞

📞🛞When we say we are 24/7 we mean it!

just done my good deed for the day!😁🚙

Had a call around 2:30 of a lady who rang and said she had a problem with her tyre, she had a spare but nothing else to do the swap, once I got to her and was swapping the wheels we was chatting and she seemed very upset she then explained how her night had been and turns out she had been to the hospital to say her final goodbyes to her husband, she left the hospital and ended up with a flat tyre which left her at the side of the road, she rang a few places she found on google and had no answer bar one garage who passed our number on to her, she also rang AA who said they could get to her within 2/3 hours, I got the call and instantly went to her without knowing her situation, when I’d done the swap she asked how much she owes me and that I’d have to follow her to a cash machine as she doesn’t carry cash, my instant response was nothing you get your self home love. She was adamant she wanted to give me something and I kept refusing, she realised I wasn’t giving in and she asked if she could give me a hug as a way of saying thank you which I accepted. And then off she went home and said she’ll be down to see me when she gets time to have her original tyre repaired/replaced.

The way I see things maybe different to others and would have seen a vulnerable old lady and charged a fair bit of money being the time it was. But to us at MT tyres we will go that extra mile for all our customers. And will never take advantage of anyone our prices are fixed reasonable prices for the best product and service. 😇

Lady got told she needed 4 new tyres so come to us for a second opinion to only need the 1 tyre, the tyre split all the way round and cracked, Changed it for the customers and she was back on the road to carry on her business within 15 minutes🚙

After waiting all day with a flat tyre for another company to turn up, this lovely gent come to us for his tyre to be repaired, left his vehicle with us due to owning a hotel near the sea front and we took his vehicle back to him once sorted.

we do all services for you, if you can’t get to us we can collect your vehicle do your repair and bring it back to you at an extra cost!

📞 customer called said she had a flat tyre at home and was stressing, but was soon calm after calling us, car recovered from outside her house and took to the garage while she was working from home, customer thought she only needed 2 replacing but she actually needed 3 after inspection, all tyres replaced car dropped back at customers address🛞‼️
