Showcase post on Dylan, who yet again is another employee who has been through his apprenticeship and is enjoying life at Gillibrand's. Dylan, at 19yrs old, has already gained the qualification for Senior Paint ATA. We sent Dylan for a weeks training at Bridge Automotive when he was just 17yrs old. After three days of training, I got a call from the director asking if Dylan could be put through the qualification as he was head and shoulders above where he should be. We are so proud of not just Dylan, but all our young employees who, in this modern day era of what you hear and see on social media, are a cut above the rest.
