A Message to Our Customers
This is a post we never wanted to have to write.
From today, all repairs and servicing must be paid for in full before your vehicle is released.
For years, we've always tried to help people where we could. If someone needed a little extra time to pay, we'd often trust them because we believe in treating our customers the way we'd want to be treated ourselves.
Unfortunately, that trust has been abused too many times. A small number of people have left us with unpaid bills, and as a small independent garage, we simply can't afford to keep carrying those losses.
We know this change may be inconvenient for some, and we're genuinely sorry for that. Please understand this decision hasn't been made because of our loyal, honest customers—it's been made because a few have left us with no other choice.
From now on, full payment will be required before any vehicle is handed back. This policy applies to everyone, with no exceptions.
To everyone who has supported us over the years, paid on time, recommended us to friends and family, and helped our business grow—thank you. Your loyalty means everything to us, and we hope you understand why we've had to make this difficult decision.
We have made it available to pay via clearpay if some customers would prefer or need too and again this must be completed before collection.
