Happens to us all, my first night away and the combi boiler packed in 🤦‍♂️ it’s now on the work bench in pieces. I’m supposed to be going away next weekend, I spend all week fixing everyone else’s, don’t have the time to do my own 😂

We have just bought our Caravan from Nathan at Blackburn Caravan Services. After scouring the market and feeling totally lost as to what we were getting for our hard earned cash, we saw a brilliant review for Blackburn Caravan Services.

I contacted Nathan to ask about a particular van I had seen and he came back to me with lots of information regarding the van and also invited us to go along and view with no obligation to buy. We were met by Nathan who showed us where the van was and left us to have a good look around with absolutely no pressure at all (not like some of the other places we had been to) We spent quite a while checking over the van and decided it was what we wanted.

Nathan went through the service report with us detailing what had been replaced on the service and made sure that the van was in tip top condition. Nathan's attention to detail with the vans he sells is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble for him and his customer satisfaction is foremost in his mind, there is no sales waffle or pressure to buy just good old fashioned customer service. We found Nathan to be extremely helpful and very polite and courteous. You don't find many caravan dealers with such honesty as Nathan.
