D.R. Autos Ltd are looking for an assistant manager with very light mechanical duties to run the reception in a customer facing role.

Full or part time. (hours very flexible) must be able to cover holiday and sickness of other staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

General duties

· Assisting the manager in the day to day running of the workshop and staff

· Computer skills - estimates, job sheets, invoices, booking in job's, ordering parts (training provided)

· Supervising a team of mechanics and assigning jobs.

· Dealing with customers and their needs.

· Ensuring the garage and reception is neat, tidy and presentable at all times

Qualifications and Skills

No strict qualifications required, however, the successful candidate will have a good level of previous workshop experience.

General requirements

Mature, conscientious, alert and enthusiastic
Team player and flexible attitude
Organised and showing initiative
Excellent communicator
Hands-on approach and customer orientated
