🚗 Nissan GT-R – Post-Repair Electrical Faults Resolved
Arrived with multiple warning lights following collision repair, along with front washers and near-side DRL inoperative.
Vehicle raised, NSF wheel and arch liner removed to access the main front harness. Inspection revealed wiring damage within the loom and an incorrect DRL type fitted.
ABS system wiring and washer pump circuits repaired, correct DRL configuration restored, and all components refitted.
Final checks completed and all warning lights cleared from the dash.
✅ Systems fully operational and vehicle returned fault-free.

🚗 Range Rover Velar – Airbag Warning Diagnosed & Repaired
Airbag warning light illuminated with no obvious cause. Fault codes stored in the restraints control module for rear seatbelt pretensioner igniter resistance too high.
Live data showed an open circuit (infinite resistance reading). With customer authorisation for further investigation, rear interior trims were removed — revealing rodent damage to the pretensioner wiring on both sides.
Wiring professionally repaired, circuits re-tested, and all fault codes cleared.
✅ Airbag system restored and operating correctly.

🚗 Vauxhall Corsa-e – ABS & Traction Control Faults Resolved
Arrived with ABS and Traction Control warnings and multiple fault codes stored.
Live data analysis identified an invalid rear left ABS wheel speed signal. Vehicle raised and circuit testing carried out, revealing low supply voltage at the sensor.
Further inspection found the ABS sensor supply wire rubbed through and corroded at the final section of the loom.
Wiring repaired and secured, system rechecked and all faults cleared.
✅ Warning lights off and systems operating correctly.

🚗 Mercedes C350e – Non-Runner Resolved
Arrived with a red battery warning and high-voltage insulation faults.
Hybrid system safely powered down, HV insulation tested at 500V, and a low-resistance path to ground traced to a failed PTC heater.
Component replaced, fault fully re-tested and confirmed clear before HV reconnection.
✅ Vehicle now running and driving as it should.

2018 Vauxhall Astra in for a long list of issues that built up over time. We diagnosed faulty glowplugs, sticking oil pressure control valve, and missing communication with NOX sensor 2. After speaking with the customer, we decided to replace the glowplugs and the oil pressure control valve and then we opted for a performance remap with our ADBLUE solution.

Vehicle left the workshop with some extra zip and a clear dashboard.

Range Rover SVR in today for dynamic suspension issues as one corner was dropping to the floor. The customer advised he suspected it was due to work done by another garage.

We stripped their handywork to find they had incorrectly pinned the height level sensor on one corner. We checked our OE diagrams for the correct orientation and carried out a permanent fix.

Jaguar XE came in today for a reverse camera issue. After stripping our tailgate we found missing communication on one of our comm lines.

We stripped the interior panel and carried out a visual inspection of our harness to find a damaged section. We cut and repaired our harness and refitted the interior panels. Tested and we are good to go.

Nissan Qashqai in today for multiple warning lights and messages on the dash. We carried out a full vehicle health scan which brought up a communication fault.

Using OE diagrams we began testing the communication wire at the alternator to find a break in the line.

After speaking to the customer we decided the cheapest and quickest solution to our problem was to run a new line and get the vehicle back on the road.

Vauxhall Zafira Tourer arrived today as a non starter. We found a fault code for an ignition supply open circuit. After testing our fuses we found a blown 15 amp. We replaced and tried to start the vehicle but the fuse blew again.

After referring to the manuals we began testing for our over current. We found the ignition coil was shorted to ground internally and was an aftermarket part. We fitted an original ignition coil and the fault was rectified.
