Jaguar MK2 2.4 MANUAL WITH OVERDRIVE - 1966

1966 A great year for English football and the year of manufacture for this fabulous Jaguar MKII 2.4. Finished Opalescent Red Metallic with Tan leather interior. Showing 4 previous owners the car is truly outstanding. Purchased in 2013 by the last owner the car immediately went in for a full body, chassis and chrome restoration costing £25,000 of which we have detailed receipts, work orders and photographs. At this time all the interior wood was refinished to a very high quality, carpets and insulation replaced, all door seals, window seals replaced. Since then there are more receipts for work such as servicing, carburettor rebuild, brakes etc. The car is in exceptional condition.
I have driven many Jaguar MKIIs and there can be a huge difference in the way one drives to another, in my opinion this one certainly drives superbly with no wallowing, rattles or drifting that is sometimes the case on a car that has not been properly maintained or cared for.
The car is also fitted with seatbelts to the front, the car will come with a fresh 12 month MoT.
