Whilst the sunshine has come as a bit of a shock to us this week, here are Karen and Lee who have been getting used to the good weather a bit more gradually, reaching Estepona in Spain last month with the Bavaria 39 ‘La Booem’ they purchased through our brokerage services. We speak to quite a few potential buyers with similar aspirations of heading down to warmer climes, but it’s not so often we get to hear of those plans followed through. Well done Karen and Lee and we hope you’re enjoying sunshine, sangria and all that the Med has to offer!

We have a busy time coming up with our Rodman Boats, with two boats shows in the next two weeks! First up is the South Coast Green Tech show at Ocean Village Marina, Southampton, where we will be showcasing the NEW Rodman 790 Ventura SD and a stunning example of the Rodman Spirit 31 Outboard. That same Rodman Spirit 31 will then be heading to the British Motor Yacht Show at Swanwick Marina, where it will be displayed along side the awesome Rodman 1290 Evolution. A busy time but we’re looking forward to getting out there with the boats and seeing you all! Who is coming to one, or both of the shows?

This morning, Dana was a speaker at the ABYA - Association of Brokers & Yacht Agents Practical Yacht Brokers Course, on the subject of VAT on used boats. Not always the most interesting subject, but certainly an important one! It was a great group of delegates who have another day's learning ahead of them tomorrow. We hope they all enjoy the course and wish them luck as they progress in the marine industry!
