Specifications

2 owner Custom pack mexico. I've owned the car since 1975.

Engine is a 2lt zetec blacktop with rotrex supercharger at 300bhp.

Gearbox is a quaife 60g 6 speed sequential on geartronics paddle . Putting the power down to an Atlas 6 link Axle via a twin plate paddle clutch

THINK THE TIME IS COMING AND 2026 MAY BE THE YEAR when she got to go, unfortunatly age is against me. Last years health scare came as a bit of a shock.

I'm thinking is it time to do some downgrade mods what do you think

1) get rid of the twin plate clutch
2) get rid of the sequential box and replace with quaife manual type 9
3) ditch the rose joints for poly or even rubber

My old bones are getting a bit tired of the rough track ride.

Or
4) just give my hea a shake and leave it alone and just take another pain killer

Another great dayout yesterday at JPC Motorsports charity event at Croft Circuit.
Lucky enough to win best classic car of the show trophy as well as a photo of the old Mex featuring in the special edition Top Trumps cards.
