Remember this build? We carried out a fully-custom conversion on this T6.1 last summer and welcomed the van back in for some tweaks ready for this summer 😎 1 year on and the van still looks mint 😮💨🤌
We see a lot of repeat customers at ALTVAN and this makes us beyond happy and we cannot thank you guys enough!
Some people would say it’s because we do a good job whilst others would say it’s because we’re too cheap 😂
We like to think it’s because we try our best to base our service on honesty, transparency and trust.
You won’t find any pushy sales tactics and at ALTVAN your warranty lasts far longer than the time it takes for you to reach the end of our driveway.
We’re not saying we’re perfect at ALTVAN, mistakes get made, messages get lost and who knows what else but as my ol’ Dad has always said: it’s not the f**k up that matters, it’s how you fix it.
We’re not in the market for being the biggest nor the flashiest nor are we looking to ‘grow’ the quickest and have a car park of vans lined up waiting for a spot in the shop, we know from our own experience that this creates problems and we’re in the business of fixing problems not creating them.
The ALTVAN business plan is staying the way it has always been - keep it small as small = attentive, keep it personable and above all do the best job we possibly can.
A ‘facade’ will always come out in the wash but a good reputation makes its space to stand firm in a world so full of deception.
So whether you’ve been left high and dry feeling like you have nowhere to turn or left with a list of issues and no course to remedy them.
