Scants Motor Services are looking for an experienced Mechanic/MOT Tester to join their busy team. The ideal person will have proven skills in the motor trade and relevant qualifications. An engaging personality with great attention to detail and a methodical approach.

Your main duties will include:

General servicing and repairs on all vehicles.
Carry out MOT's to the required standards.
Communicate effectively with the workshop supervisor and service advisor.
Keep the workshop clean and tidy.
Training of the apprentices.

We offer two types of diagnostics. The first is a plug-in and code read. This is for when the engine management light comes on but there are no other symptoms.
