Great to see graeme's consul Capri all finished and at the isle of wight classic Ford club show yesterday. Did a lot of metal work on this one a few years ago. Fantastic to see it all back together also sat next to his blue mk1 Capri I did before the consul. well done Graeme.

Here's something I've been working on over a few months on and off, This white mk2 es**rt rs2000 came in needing modifying to take a cosworth YB engine and T5 gearbox along with various panels including a boot floor as the original was very thin in places and wasn't worth repairing it when a new one was quicker to fit. it's had two new rear quarters for the same reason rather than fitting a pair of wheel arch/lower quarter repairs and repairing the base of the C Piller where the common rot starts at the base of the vent holes. Also cut out and has had two new front floor pans, a new middle section of rear parcel shelf as it had badly cut speaker holes, other panels included a complete front scuttle panel, lower radiator crossmember and front panel with a new pair of restorer quality rs2000 wings.

Nice to see Andy in his freshly finished 2.8 injection Capri this morning, i had the pleasure of doing the metal work last year. It then went out to frank Philips Austin Morris Services for a fresh coat of paint. 😎

The all new A.S.S. es**rt shells are now in production!
Only kidding!!!! Offering up the new quarter panel on this es**rt mexico shell I have been working on and off for a while and now its all starting to come together and as it was Friday was rude not to try some wheels under the arches. This car was abit of a mess being used as a clubman spec rally car with the back end not being tubbed/turreted very well having more hits than the beetles, it had sunk over the base of the of the car, I've also had to pull the inner quarter panels back in as they had spread so today was the day to start fitting the rear quarters to check everything else is going to line up.

Here's one I did a couple of months ago, a few small repairs to this very solid MK3 cortina estate, the headlight buckets had been badly repaired in the past so a pair of new headlight mounting panels and new genuine old stock top valance panel was sourced.

Here's a little quarter panel job i done a while back on a MK2 four door all the way from big Britain!! With genuine panels sourced with a nos quarter panel and a good second hand back panel and boot lid to repair the whoopsey did make things a lot easier.
