Stelvio recovered in not starting and not selecting any gears. Witech diagnostics showed that the main transmission ecu was down completely and no communication with it. After lengthy tests and wiring checks it was established that we had a considerable voltage drop going to a control
Unit. Wiring was repaired and everything reset and customer back on the road 👍👍

2018 Fiat Ducato comfortmatic gearbox issues.
This one was recovered in not driving or selecting any gears after it broke down .Recovered in from a main dealer after the customer getting a hefty repair bill. Now sorted and back on the road. New complete Hydraulic unit fitted with new clutch and slave cylinder and all oils replaced. These are a complex system and take patience and time to get them set up correctly.

Hi Folks, more time and money invested to be able to work on your vehicles especially newer MY2026 vehicles within the Alfa, Fiat, and Fiat professional group, all manufacturers are going down this route now for us independent specialists and making us tick lots of boxes to be able to carry out certain repairs especially security related diagnostics such as control module coding key coding these types of repairs. However I’m pleased to confirm I am now fully SERMI registered and can apply the SERMI logo as we have fully met their criteria 👍👍

Another transmission flush on a Giulia, oil in this one was very dirty just look at the before and after. And as always it got a new filter also.
