🚙🚙Mercedes A Class fitted with a new touch screen to run wireless CarPlay or Android auto🚙🚙

🔊🔊The new unit uses the original Mercedes Bluetooth to ensure no loss in audio and call quality 🔊🔊

The car was starting to show its age with the dated small screen, but with one of our new larger touch screen units it’s as good as new.

With the new unit, the owner now has access to google maps, Spotify, phone calls and much more. They can also access the original menu of the car with just the push of a button. The car also still retains the original parking sensor function.

🏠🏠We fitted the unit at the customers house to ensure no disruption to their day 🏠🏠

The system runs off the existing Porsche screen, and uses the OEM microphone to ensure no loss in call quality. It also retains all original Porsche features such as the parking sensors and trip computer.

With the new unit, the owner now has access to google maps, Spotify, Amazon music, WhatsApp, phone calls, radio apps, podcasts and much more.

This was a well needed upgrade for this car, as the original system lacks many modern features, and didn’t even have Bluetooth audio streaming!

With the new unit, the owner now has access to google maps, Spotify, Amazon music, WhatsApp, podcasts, phone calls and much more.

A few kits fitted this week

First we had a stunning Cayenne in, the customer had previously had a Tesla and so felt the Porsche system was outdated and lacked the modern features. He opted for the kit as he wanted to retain all original features on the Porsche system, whilst adding wireless CarPlay and android auto. The system also links in with the original fibre optic M.O.S.T audio system to ensure no loss in audio quality. It also still retains the original microphone

Next, we had a running Porsche 991, we had previously fitted the customers other car with wireless CarPlay / android auto, and when using the Porsche he felt it lacked the same features of his other car - so the upgrade was a must.

Next up we had a Porsche 997.2. Whilst the car itself looked like it did the day it left the factory, the head unit was lacking in a lot of features, and didn’t even have Bluetooth audio! Needless to say the was the way to go, especially since the car had the original Bose speakers installed, the customer didn’t want to loose any sound quality.

Finally, we had a Range Rover Sport with the Bosch system. We had fitted a system to one of his friends range rovers, and when he saw the system he had to have one himself!

All systems were fitted at the customers homes to ensure no disruption to their day!

🚕🚕Nice big Mercedes V Class fitted with a new touch screen to run wireless CarPlay or Android auto.🚕🚕

We had already fitted the owners other car with the same system, so he felt this one needed an upgrade as well.

🗺️🗺️Being used as a taxi, it was a no brainer to add google maps, Waze and all the usual navigation apps to the car, as well as access to the Uber app to take in jobs on the go🧭🧭

The new screen runs off the original unit, and can be controlled via touch screen or the original Mercedes control dial

With the new unit, the owner now has access to google maps, Waze, Spotify, WhatsApp, phone calls and much more. They can also access the original menu of the car with just the push of a button. The car also still retains the original reverse camera function.
