Another DPF CAT combo from a Boxer Van.

This is a particularly heavily clogged DPF, and with it being a pre cat usually these do not have a great deal of problems with obstruction. However, in this instance the DPF has been extremely overloaded and has backed up right into the Catalytic Converter.

We offer full 100% clean guarantee with pick up and drop off offered for a small additional charge

Benefits of the off vehcile clean are up to 100% removal of not only the BLACK soot but crucially the by products of regeneration including ASH which builds and is not removed during regen.

We see black waste, red slush, milkshake colours flushed out and more.

In some cases we even see FOAM as if fairy liquid had been squirted into the exhaust.

Every job is different but the RESULTS ARE ALL THE SAME!

What a bloody day.

Where do I begin 😑

Skoda in Morpeth with EGR fault and electrical issue we sorted at same time at no extra charge.

Peugeot 2008 with DPF fault and PCV valve failure.

Seat Leon PD140 for a DPF solution and Stage 1 remap.

Mazda CX-5 booked in for a DPF delete (and this was today's chew!

Someone drilled Cat but left dpf, dpf was chocka block.

Fault code for MAP sensor not reading, so pulled map sensor and it had come apart and looks to have fallen into intake!

Inspection camera in and pieces of Map sensor stuck and set in soot and oily residue in the intake!

Intake coming off for this one before we proceed to the map.

And a DPF clean for a trade customer which was the second pig of the day as it was covered in oil!
