Drive like a Boss Driving School - Pete Drive like a Boss Driving School covers both Bedford and the villages to the south. Hi I’m Pete, welcome to my page. I live in Flitwick with my wife.

Here you will find a bit more about me as a person. I am licensed by the DVSA to give driving tuition and am passionate about road safety and helping people develop safe driving skills for life. My daughter teaches in Reading. Having a family of my own I understand the importance to every parent or partner of wanting to ensure their loved ones remain safe and protected. This is why choosing the ri

ght driving school and entrusting an instructor with the safety of your loved ones can be a daunting task. I believe it is important to pick an instructor who is friendly, punctual, trustworthy and well qualified so I can assure you that these are qualities I have when delivering lessons. I completed my driving instructor training through the LDC driving school. I moved to Duke and Duchess Driving SchooI in 2018 who deliver the latest coaching and training techniques so you can be assured the training I give will be of the highest standard. Duke and Duchess rebranded to become Drive like a Boss in autumn 2021. Before becoming a driving instructor I worked as a teacher for 23 years, facilitating the education and development of students and colleagues for a number of subjects and skills. Working mainly with students aged 11-19 I understand how to build professional and productive relationships that have a sense of partnership to work towards an individual’s goals. I feel that becoming a driving instructor is a logical progression for me as an ‘ex-Science teacher’ so if I can teach people to carefully use Bunsen burners or chemicals, I feel more than comfortable aiding them with roundabouts and cross roads. I really care that my students leave my lessons feeling they have enjoyed their driving, having a positive, fun and rewarding time. I firmly believe in making pupils feel at ease during lessons and I will work with you to achieve success in your driving test. I will enable the drivers who learn with me to acquire the skills and knowledge for life, to remain safe when they are ready to drive solo. My interests are varied. Other than driving and spending time with my family, I enjoy running 5k park-runs and competing in duathlons. I play squash and swim regularly which helps with fitness after sitting in my car a lot of the day! I also enjoy the challenge of bell ringing and playing my clarinet. If you are looking for a fresh and modern approach to your driving experience and need a calm, relaxed instructor who will put your needs at the heart of the learning experience then I’m the instructor for you.
