Hello, hello!
Well... itās been a minute, hasnāt it? Weāve been a bit quiet on here, but thatās only because things have been full-blown mayhem behind the scenes (the organised kind... mostly).
First things first, a HUGE thank you!
To each and every one of you whoās used our service, supported us, recommended us, or just kept us in mind, we appreciate you more than words (or spanners) can say. Honestly, we wouldn't be here without your loyalty, trust, and of course... your vehicles.
Now, for the big news!
Kayla has officially taken the leap and is leaving her full-time job to join Swift Fix on a consultancy basis (a fancy way of saying sheās now the boss of everything except the spanners). Sheāll be taking over all the behind-the-scenes magic: quoting, bookings, advertising, finance, phone calls, messages, you name it. Basically, sheās the new admin ninja so I can focus on what I do best: the actual jobs.
Yes, weāve brought in a Sergeant Major to get us organised (but shhh, donāt tell her I called her thatā¦). Weāre hoping this shift helps us run even more smoothly and get to you all even quicker.
As Kayla always says:
āWeāre here to make a living, not a killing.ā
And we truly mean that.
For those of you who follow her beauty page, donāt panic! Sheās not giving that up. Sheās still planning to keep that dream going strong too.
Kayla officially starts at the end of June, and Iāll be showing her the ropes (and possibly bribing her with Yorkshire Tea) as she settles in.
This is a huge and exciting step for Swift Fix, equal parts thrilling and terrifying, but we know itās the right move.
