Good to see that the outside broadcast vehicles we have been building for ITN and many other television news companies are being put to good use during COVID-19. Just seen on the 6pm news one of the journalists reporting directly back to ITN from the back of one of the Mercedes V Class we have recently converted. The vehicles are fitted out as a fully operational broadcasting facility meaning that the reporter can still go about his job safely and without having to go back into the studio to file his news story. Morning, due to Boris Johnson’s announcement last night, we have taken the decision not to take on any further work until we are advised otherwise.

Obviously, like all our fellow small businesses, we would dearly love to have a business to come back to. Therefore, if you have any damage on your vehicle either email us [email protected] or text 07811443948 images of the damage and some basic details, i.e. make, model, registration number and your contact details, we can then provide you with a quote in readiness for us to get the car booked in and repaired as soon as is viable.

May we take this opportunity to thank all our loyal customers for their understanding and, although it’s always a difficult shout when it comes to hoping we can be of service soon, as it means you would have damaged your car and all the connotations which go with it, but we do hope we can continue to be of service to you and any potential new customers out there.

In these testing times for all of us, if there are any elderly people in Westoning and the surrounding villages who are finding it difficult to get out but concerned about their vehicles not being driven, we are happy to offer our services FREE OF CHARGE. Maybe you just want us to start the car to check the battery is not going flat; check the oil; your MOT is about to run out we’ll take it for you and if needs be carry out any work required (the cost of the MOT and necessary work will incur a charge, but not our time to collect and deliver); flat tyre we will re-inflate, again free of charge, if it’s a puncture we will take the vehicle for you with no labour charge incurred just the cost of the repair / new tyre. Please be assured hygiene and social distancing is paramount and will be considered in all cases. We are a reputable company endeavouring to alleviate any unnecessary car stresses in what is already a very stressful time, and it’s a chance for us to do our little bit for the local community.
