🚛 HGV & PLANT — SERVICE THAT EARNS YOUR TRUST 🔧

When a truck stops or a machine is sidelined, your business feels it. Downtime costs money, holds up jobs and puts pressure on your team.

At McDowell Auto Services, we’re increasingly being called in by businesses who tell us they’ve been let down by poor workmanship, missed callouts or a lack of communication from larger providers.

Every callout gives us the opportunity to show what dependable service should look like: taking ownership of the job, paying attention to the details and keeping the customer informed.

From HGV and trailer tyres to plant and agricultural machinery, we bring mobile tyre support to your yard, site or roadside — with 24/7 callouts when you need us.

More companies are choosing McDowell because trust is earned through the work you do and the service you deliver.

💪 Big enough to handle the job. Personal enough to care.

Need a dependable tyre partner for your fleet or machinery? Give us a call.

Essential requirements

- At least one year of tyre fitting experience
- A full UK driving licence
- Able to work independently and safely in a mobile environment
- Good customer service and communication skills

🚨 Flat tyre? Damaged wheel? No problem. We've got you covered! 🚨

At McDowell Auto Services, we know that not every breakdown is a simple puncture. Sometimes the tyre you need isn't immediately available, or the wheel itself is too badly damaged to reuse.

That's why our mobile service vehicles carry universal spare wheels fitted with full-size tyres, helping you get back on the road quickly and safely.

✅ Full-size tyres – no space savers
✅ Suitable for a wide range of vehicles
✅ Gets you moving while we source the correct tyre or replacement wheel
✅ Safer and more practical than being stranded at the roadside
✅ Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Our aim is simple: to turn a stressful situation into the easiest possible experience. We'll get you safely back on the road and arrange the correct repair as quickly as possible.
