Payments and parkings moan!

Unfortunately after a few poor paying customers recently no vehicles will be leaving site until full payment is received, or prior arrangement. We are in the process of setting up some payment options via Klarna.

As you all know parking is of a premium on site, we work very hard to plan diary and stay on late often to make sure cars are finished same day where possible. If cars are not collected it then messes up the workflow for the next day. Going forward we will be implementing a daily storage charge, added to invoice if not collected on day of completion - unless previously agreed.

Also when dropping cars out of hours please park in our designated spaces (directly outside workshop) numerous times I’ve had to open up over weekend to move a car into one of our empty spaces.

Sorry for the moan and Thankyou for the continued support!
