📆 We’ve had an unexpected festive booking come in… 🎄

🎅 Santa’s sleigh is on the ramp and needed urgent attention before the big night.
Because when it comes to jobs like this, only one garage will do 😉

To make sure everything is ready in time, we’ll be closed while our technicians finish this very important repair up to Christmas Eve.

Merry Christmas and a Happy new year!

Are you a Vehicle Technician looking to start the new year with a new job? We are looking for a vehicle technician to join our team at our well-established family run independent garage in Oakley near Basingstoke.

The role will be to carry out servicing, repairs and diagnosing faults on all makes of cars and light commercial vehicles

The ideal candidate needs to be reliable & flexible with at least 3 years experience, NVQ level 2 or 3 or equivalent qualified, hold a full driving licence and MOT tester trained (or willing to train) but all levels of qualifications and experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will enjoy continuous additional training in all aspects of vehicle repair, access to overtime and generous productivity related bonus with no requirement to work Saturdays.

Salary dependant on qualifications and experience

A nice day out of the garage today thanks to our tyre supplier. I got to drive this C63s around the circuit and my instructor was Peter Stringfellows son.

It might be Sunday but it’s been a busy today at Bakers Garage. Air conditioning fitted to the reception and offices thanks to Tom Wilson at Wilsair. The scaffolding also is finally going up on the outside for the Garage to be re-clad with modern insulated panelling.

In the 26 years I have known Neal White I have only seen him standing 3 times. Today I got the first picture of us standing together and the question of who is taller was finally answered (me) You win the receding hair line competition though. But only just! Love you mate!
