Ford kuga in for a water leak pressure tested the system we noticed it excessively leaking from the EGR cooler New EGR cooler fitted reblead the coolant system test drive for an hour she’s back on the road ready for the customer to collect

While we was in the process of servicing this daf LF, we noticed the Leaf Spring is completely broken so the lorry was VOR off the road for the day New spring plus u bolts and she’s all fitted by the evening ready for the next day

Few big jobs over the last few days for the scaffold boys this one had a mad exhaust leak so all new gaskets required what we didn’t know 3 of them had snapped exhaust studs so we had fun drilling them out re-tapping one and she’s good as new ready for the road again 🤞🤞
