I was asked to investigate a door rattle on a ford kuga. It mainly happened when the door was opened and closed , the window going up and down and when the car was idling. I took the door apart and found the factory sealer bonding the door skin to the door crash bar had failed and come apart which was the issue. Re sealed , re assembled and problem solved all on the customers drive 👌🏻👍🏻
