Anyone in to vehicle technology have a read of this article,
It looks like that by 2023 new cars will start to have a new driver monitor system fitted (DMS). Basically a special camera fitted in the car tracking your every facial expression to help prevent car crashes and injuries on the road, so if you use your phone or get sleepy or look out the window and get distracted the cars advanced driver assistance system (ADAS)
will cut in and react to your behaviour. In business vehicles such as vans, trucks and buses etc this system will be able to alert the company that their driver has a distraction issue!
For seven years now I’ve been following who I think is the main technology company behind this called
“Seeing Machines” if your even more interested?

Following A lady’s post on FB trying to track down her dads old car down - Today a dream come true for her, she finally was reunited with our Capri 3.0s which her dad owned and purchased new in 1981.
Sarah, in the pictures wanted to get this picture done for old times sake along with the Rubic’s Cube! We also had a drive out which also sent happy memories snd emotions running again.
Sarah’s Dad sadly passed away in 2003 but for sure he would of loved this to happen, he was a car nut himself and obviously had very good taste…

Finally finished the bare metal spray job on my 3.0s. She has all the original panels, no accidents in 40 years amazingly and matching numbers. 61’000 miles, Janspeed exhaust, Just fitted a set of 1978 7” Ronal alloys. Just got to sort the suspension/ride height out. Hope you all like it..

Here’s our latest edition, an older paint job that still looks good but we decided to paint the whole today at my other company MotorAid.
Nice to see it’s got all its original panels as well.
The car has covered just 61’000 miles on its original engine and has the very desired red carla check seats.
A lady owned it for the first 15 years of its life in Southend which kept it away from all us Essex boys at the time 😂
Such a great car to drive especially with the janspeed exhaust!
