We do not just supply quality Oil products at Oiltek, Paul and Angela are regular Rally going Scooterists. We attend most National Rallies and the annual Euro Lambretta, as well as quite a few Parts Fairs inbetween. Well,well,well……how many times have you seen this! Always worth blueing up the clutch to see if the kickstart shaft is catching the top of the clutch. And that must be the poorest excuse of a kickstart shaft I’ve ever seen! Compare it to the Mecur one in the pic.
I only took the side casing off to fit the Crimaz easy pull clutch kit, but surprise, surprise….. not just the clutch and kickstart shaft, but you don’t fit a bottom chain guide with CP guide/tensioner! I know it’s not critical, but I always cut the ramp of the gearbox endplate and fit a ramp to the chaincase, which was a new Uni one, so had the M6 holes. The front sprocket assembly also looked like it was from the same place as the kickstart shaft! And who fits hex studs in the chaincase cover!
So it’s off with the clutch and get the file out to recover the parts! Bodging at it’s best.

Finally got the CP inlet manifold, with welded fl**ge to fit a bgm carb rubber onto my SS200, all pressure tested ok.
Also fitted the Crimaz rack and pinion easy pull clutch system on this engine, and what a difference!!! This must be the simplest and easiest kit out there.

Back in stock …..Trailtech gauges. NEW! The temp gauge now comes with a copper plate with 3 different spark plug ring sizes as well as 3 different radiator fin sizes, which you could drill and fasten to an air cooled cylinder head.
