JK Performance

Audi s3 8l 1.8t we completed last week.

This Audi came to us just with the bare engine and box in with the intercooler mounted and a huge BorgWarner Inc. Sx300 turbo

So this is what we made!! Side winder manifold with large primarys and screamer pipe. Manifold brace due to manifold length and weight of the turbo. 3 inch hard pipe kit. And a 3.5 inch down pipe.

The customer has also done a full engine rebuild with a stroker crank and over size Pistons. R8 coil pack conversion. Large throttle body. Custom ecu and many more mods

Here at Jk Performance we are going to show our customers the difference between a good high flow exhaust system and a cheep aftermarket exhaust.

As people know a few weeks ago we made a custom link pipe for a CBR 600 F4I and the last thing you hear it was going to the dyno

Once it was there we had a disappointing dip in graph (as shown in picture 6) now this was caused by badly built headers the Y section was creating a turbalance effect due to bad flow. Then once we cut it open there was a bad lip making the gasses come to a stop ( as shown in picture 5 and 7) this exhaust was that bad it was making the afr ( air fuel ratio) became dangerous as shown allso in picture 6

So once we got back to Jk head quarters we built custom Jk high flow Y section and the results was amazing ( as shown in picture 3) perfect afr reading and a total increase of 19.8 hp

We have allso used on this exhaust some high flow pressed stainless exhaust silences.
