After having many parts fitted at different garages that was never needed this Zafira came in with a fault causing it to randomly cut out,hunt at idle and flag up many fault codes some totally random.We traced the fault to an internal chip being water damaged within the vehicles electronic control module(ecu).We was able to source a second hand ecu online and clone the original transferring all data over,saving hundreds on a brand new ecu and coding.😁

Bmw120d with a troublesome emissions control due to its dpf being 90% saturated it was also lacking power and a limp mode feature illuminated on the dashboard.We gave the vehicle a new lease of life with a dpf,egr and swirl flap solution followed by a slight bhp enhancement

Standard power 184bhp
Standard engine torque 380 nm

Tuned power 250bhp
Tuned engine torque 500 nm

We set out to replace a small air tank strap for mot a Quick job so left it until we closed for the day and had supper.Strap replaced and was giving it a last once over before calling it a night..........Welĺllllllll everything was all good or so I thought until I raised the vehicle by its on board air suspension and one of the rear air bags exploded. 🤯🤯🤯Its now 11pm at this point not cool in torrential rain.We persevered and by 4am there was a shiney new air bag fitted and road tested.We presented the vehicle for a mot pass by 2pm that day in portlethen.......Now that was a shift a cold and wet one at that.😎

Honda jazz with a Collapsed ignition barrel and steering lock on 🙄 we recovered this from banff petrol station tonight back to the workshop for repair.
