HOW WOULD THIS WORK FOR YOU?
We’re considering changing how our Safe Wash Centre operates, and before we make any decisions, we want to hear from the people who actually use it our customers.
Our proposal is:
MONDAY–FRIDAY BOOKING SERVICE
Choose your preferred day/time and book your car wash in advance.
SATURDAY NO BOOKING REQUIRED
Turn up as normal on a first-come, first-served basis.

We also want to acknowledge something.
We know that some customers have been frustrated by our opening times and availability recently, and we completely understand why. We apologise to anyone who has arrived expecting the wash to be open and found that it wasn’t.
When we opened the Rasharkin site, we genuinely never anticipated just how quickly it would hit the ground running. Chemworx is first and foremost a professional valeting and detailing business, and demand on that side has grown considerably, but our Safe Wash Centre is still a very important part of what we do, and we don’t want it to become an afterthought.
Rather than simply reducing hours or continuing with opening times that can sometimes be difficult for customers to work around, we’re trying to find a better long term solution.
We feel an appointment system Monday–Friday could give customers certainty that when they make the journey to us, their wash is booked and we’re ready for them, while keeping Saturday completely open for anyone who prefers just to turn up.
But we want your opinion before we do anything.
