Just to let people know who are liking rubbish from a certain person.
To clarify, if you leave a shop a deposit, that secures your item, in this case a new moto morini.
Deposit was recieved on Friday last week.
It was put onto the RAV system yesterday morning where I registered it for the customer. At a cost of over £180.
I sent this person the details of the number plate and offered her an amount for her old bike.
This was up to 1pm.
She tried to call me on whatsapp business. I was out collecting bikes and had a doctors appointment somessaged her I have a bad signal, ill call later.
I got back to the store near closing to an absolutely absurd message that I'm unprofessional and this person wanted her money back and she,ll be letting the bike community know I'm useless.
NOW I DONT KNOW ABOUT you but this was in the space of 4 hours. I dont know people's state of mind and it ain't my business but somethings not right there!
Anyway, just cause you leave me a deposit doesnt mean to say you OWN ME! Im not available to you 24/7. Ive other customers, problems etc. If you cant wait 4hrs for a response then your the problem, not me. My hands were on the steering wheel!
So if you see someone running me and my business down, ignore! We acted professionally and treated this person the same as anyone.
