🔧 When Sandblasting Creates More Work Than It Saves... 🔧

This set of wheels arrived at our workshop after an unfortunate sandblasting job that left the entire surface heavily damaged. Instead of being ready for paint, they required a significant amount of additional preparation and repair. 😅
✅ Removal of all remaining paint down to the bare alloy
✅ Sanding and correction of damage caused by the blasting process
✅ Application of high-quality primer
✅ More sanding... and then some more sanding... and just to be safe, even more sanding 🤣
✅ Refining the surface to a perfectly smooth finish
✅ Professional repainting and protective clear coat application
Many people think that once the wheels are blasted, half the work is done. With these wheels, we quickly discovered that the real work was only just beginning! 😆 Thankfully, patience, attention to detail, and quality materials can bring even heavily damaged wheels back to life.
The final result was absolutely worth the effort, and these wheels are now looking their best again. ✨
🛡️ All of our refurbishment work comes with a warranty, giving our customers complete confidence in the quality and durability of the finish.
