A couple of overheating Can-Ams over the past week.

Even when the radiator looks clear from the front more often than not the radiator is choked at the rear, which also causes fan clearance issues and damaged cooling fans.

Both were removed and cleared, rebuilt and tested.

Yamaha MT-07

We had this MT07 back for some more upgrades, which included a Heatech AR rider assist kit and a translogic quick shifter.

The Healtech AR is a clever piece of kit, adds traction control, Launch control and Anti wheelie to your bike.

And the quickshifter was a really nice bit of kit as well.

2023 CRF450R

Rear shock had seen better days, it was completely stripped and inspected for wear, new seals fitted rebuilt and re-gassed

A Great day today at Knockhill on the old FireBlade, a bit wet in the morning but it dried up in the afternoon.

The old bike done well and made it home in one piece 😅

Classic Mini R1

We had the pleasure of recommissioning this classic mini that had been off the road for a while.

The starter clutch had failed and the fuel system was needing cleaned out.

The engine was taken from a 2002 Yamaha R1 and fitted to the rear of the mini with a Z cars sub frame. Really cool wee motor.

A bit of CARNAGE from this week, possibly the worst one I’ve seen.

Ducati 916s

This week we’ve been working on this stunning 916 that had been off the road for a few years

It got the full works including the cam belts and Desmo service, chain and sprockets, forks serviced new tyres and fuel system replaced.

Everything was checked to ensure the bike was ready for the road again, it was then returned to the customer.

It’s an outstanding looking machine and was a pleasure to work on.
