FIRST TIME PASS FOR OLIVIA IN AYR 🎉🎉🎉

I honestly cannot explain how proud I am of Olivia for overcoming those ever-present nerves and getting the job done today — passing with just a handful of faults, despite not having one examiner, but two along for the ride with an additional examiner sitting in the back! 😳

The composure you showed today was just amazing, and you should be incredibly proud of yourself. I think it’s safe to say we’ve come a long way from those early lessons — from the nervous, slightly hesitant girl who first got in my car, to the confident driver you are today. Even if those test nerves did decide to make a little appearance! 😂

You have been such a fun student to teach, and I’m genuinely going to miss our banter when you don’t need me next week. My awkward dad banter was always met with an “OMG”, but I know deep down the vibes were real and now we are besties forever, right? 🤣🤣

You really are a force to be reckoned with, and I have absolutely zero doubts that whatever you decide to do from here, you’ll give it your all. University on the horizon and a driving licence in your pocket is just the beginning — where you go from here is entirely up to you. 🎓🚗

And remember, if there’s ever anything at all I can do to help, just ask. Until then, at least we have K-pop to remember our time together… No. 29 will always remind you of me, I’m sure! What a banger!

What an amazing afternoon for Maria, who got the pass she has worked so hard for — and I couldn’t be prouder of you! 🥳

To say we have laughed is an understatement! It’s been such a fun ride with you from start to finish, and I’m genuinely going to miss our lessons. While I’m sad that our time behind the wheel together has come to an end, I’m absolutely delighted that you can now venture out on your own and enjoy the freedom that comes with passing your test. 🚗💨

You’ve been brilliant to work with and get to know, and you’ve given your everything to our lessons. That hard work, determination and commitment has absolutely paid off today.

From a nervous driver at the start, we’ve worked hard on battling those nerves and building your confidence to get you to the stage where you can, as you put it, be **“cute and confident”** behind the wheel! 🤣

🎉 CONGRATULATIONS TO COLE — FIRST TIME PASS IN AYR! 🎉

A fantastic first-time pass for Cole this morning with just 2 driver faults — what a result! 👏

They say the early bird catches the worm… and we were VERY early this morning! 😂 There aren’t many people I’d willingly set an alarm for at 5:30am for, but when this test date appeared last week, it was one we simply couldn’t turn down. Thankfully, the reward was more than worth the early start — a shiny new licence!

And I know I say this a lot when someone passes, but with you, Cole, I genuinely couldn’t mean it more — the whole process has just been so easy.

From lesson one, you’ve been calm, listened to everything, taken it on board and, most importantly, actually put it into action. You’ve just got on with it, built your skills week after week and put yourself in the perfect position to go into today’s test and get the job done first time.

I know how important that independence was for you too. With all the back and forth to Kilmarnock for school and training, having your own licence is going to make a massive difference to you — and probably to Mum and Dad as well! 😂 No more being the family taxi service every day!

You’re a great lad and I’ve genuinely really enjoyed having you in the car. I’ll definitely miss all the chat, the football nonsense and the inevitable discussions about who should be signing for the mighty Arsenal! ⚽️

I’ll be keeping my eyes peeled on the Kilmarnock team sheet to see when that name starts appearing.

What a result! Huge congratulations, Chloe.

Seeing your face as you drove back from your test today honestly had me convinced it had all gone horrendously wrong. I should have known better though! It was just you expecting the worst when there was absolutely no need, because you went out and smashed it with just 4 driver faults. What an achievement!

I am so proud of you for proving what we both knew you were capable of. Seeing how calm and composed you were today just confirmed that you were more than ready. You knew exactly what needed to be done, and today you earned that independence you've worked so hard for.

It's been an absolute pleasure getting to know you over the last few months. Every lesson has been full of laughs, good banter and plenty of memorable moments, and I'll genuinely miss seeing you each week. In fact, teaching you has been so easy it's hardly felt like work!

Your personality is clearly infectious too, as you even had the examiner laughing throughout the test… although, to be fair, that might just have been your email address! 😂

🎉 AMAZING RESULT FOR ROWAN – PASSING WITH JUST 4 FAULTS! 🚗🥳

Celebrations are definitely in order tonight as Rowan smashed her driving test in Ayr with an incredible result of just 4 faults! After grabbing a last-minute cancellation last week, it's fantastic to see that you didn't let the nerves get the better of you. You went out there and got that all-important pass before heading off to university.

It's been an absolute pleasure watching your journey from those first lessons, where maybe I did most of the talking 🙈, to the confident, chatty driver you are today, ready to take on the roads in your mum's Beetle.

Every lesson you gave it your all. Even when the gears didn't always want to cooperate, you kept coming back determined to improve, and before long everything started to click. I really hope you've enjoyed the lessons as much as I have.

I'm incredibly proud of everything you've achieved. Watching your confidence grow has been brilliant, and if I'm honest, I'll really miss our weekly catch-ups—they've been one of the highlights of my week.

Now I'll no doubt be giving you a wave when I see you out and about… probably driving your sister to Maccies a few times a week! 😂 Just make sure she keeps telling TikTok how brilliant you are!

🎉🚗 **FIRST TIME PASS FOR MAX!** 🚗🎉

A massive congratulations to Max on an outstanding **FIRST-TIME PASS** in Ayr with only a handful of minor faults. Absolutely brilliant result, mate!

When we started lessons back at the end of March, it didn't take long to realise you were one of those students who was always going to do well. You came to every lesson determined to improve, asked the right questions, took everything on board, and put the effort in every single week. That attitude has paid off in the best possible way today.

It has genuinely been a pleasure getting to know you over the last few months. The lessons always flew by thanks to the chats along the way, and as always, it's a little bittersweet when it's time to say goodbye to another student. That said, there's nothing better than seeing the excitement on someone's face when they realise they can finally get out on the road on their own.

Now comes the really fun part—getting the insurance sorted, finding any excuse to volunteer as the family chauffeur, and enjoying the freedom that comes with having that pink licence! Just remember... the quickest journeys are usually the smoothest ones, so keep driving with the same calm, controlled approach that got you through your test today.

Best of luck with your School Captain role this year. I know you'll throw yourself into it just like you did with learning to drive. I hope you have an amazing S6 and achieve everything you've set out to do.

Final test of the week, and what a week it's been! This time the celebrations go to Mason, who passed first time in Ayr with just a handful of driving faults.

You've been a man of very few words, but when you did speak, they always meant something. The look of shock when the examiner told you that you'd passed this morning is one I'll remember for a long time. Not because it was unexpected, but because all the hard work had finally paid off and the result was there to show for it.

A fantastic achievement and a well-deserved first-time pass.

A well done from the examiner, a well done from me, and my very best wishes for the future. If we pass each other out on the road, don't be too shy to give me a wave! Most importantly, keep putting everything you've learned into practice, enjoy your newfound freedom, and stay safe out there.

What a journey you've been on, but finally that licence is yours! I'm so proud of you for getting over the one thing that had held you back until now... those bloody nerves.

Today you were a man on a mission, and it showed. You absolutely smashed the test with just 1 driver fault! From the very first lesson together, we said that if you trusted your ability behind the wheel, there was no reason to be nervous about what might happen on test.

Today you proved exactly that. You drove with confidence, showed your true ability, and made the whole test look easy. I'm sure the chats about BBQs, beers and BuzzBalls helped settle the nerves too! 🤣🍻

Teaching you has been an absolute pleasure. You're so easy to get on with, always up for a laugh, and it's genuinely never felt like work. You're one of the nicest guys, and I'm so glad we got to celebrate together after achieving a goal that's been a long time coming.

AMAZING FIRST TIME – ZERO FAULT PASS – FOR DECLAN! 🚗🚗

What an incredible drive from Declan today! Passing your driving test first time is a fantastic achievement in itself, but to do it with **ZERO FAULTS** puts you into a very small and very special club. Absolutely outstanding! 👏🚗💯

Some students just *get it*. You always turned up ready to learn, asked the right questions, listened carefully (even to my terrible jokes! 😂), and genuinely wanted to understand not just *how* to drive, but *why* we do things the way we do. That attitude is exactly what creates safe, confident drivers.

The examiner had nothing but great things to say about the drive, which comes as absolutely no surprise. Calm, composed and cool as a cucumber from start to finish, it was the kind of drive every instructor hopes their students produce on test day.

It's been a real pleasure getting to know you over the past few months. Watching your confidence grow and seeing all your hard work pay off today has made me incredibly proud. These are the moments that make this job so rewarding.

Now the hard part begins... hopefully **Mum's Taxi** can finally retire! 🚕😂 After all the lifts, the extra practice and the support she's given you, it's your turn to return the favour and become her personal chauffeur for a while!
