Jeff, our Tring Signs Supervisor at Perrys Aylesbury was awarded Regional Employee of the Quarter in recognition of his unwavering dedication throughout the summer months.

During the peak holiday season, with a key member of the team on long-term sick leave, Jeff went above and beyond, putting in an enormous number of additional hours to ensure all deadlines were met without compromising any of the planned outdoor events scheduled across the group.

Such was his commitment that he even sacrificed several days of his two-week summer holiday to support the team. Despite these demands, Jeff also managed to produce the amazing Bangers4Ben Who Framed Roger Rabbit makeover, which was a real head-turner during this year’s charity rally to the Pyrenees.

Jeff’s dedication, hard work and willingness to go the extra mile are a real credit to him and make him a very worthy nominee for Perrys Regional Employee of the Quarter.

Last week, we had the pleasure of attending the 2026 Ford Dealer Marketing Conference, an insightful and inspiring day exploring the future of Ford.

With plenty to take away, the conference offered a look ahead at what's in store for 2027, from Ford's partnership with Red Bull Racing and return to the World Rally Championship to exciting CV plans and upcoming Passenger Vehicle launches.

We also had the opportunity to see the incredible Ford Mustang GTD Spirit of America on display, before visiting the Ford Heritage Collection. With around 130 historic vehicles, the collection offered a fascinating look at Ford's heritage, including everything from an early Transit van to the iconic GT40 racer.

A fantastic opportunity to gain fresh insights. Thank you to Ford for hosting such a valuable event!
