Mk7 transit tipper body was rotten beyond economincal repair, so customer sourced a replacement body off a mk8 transit, and a few new brackets a bit of welding and some fabrication, The new body is on and tipping lovely 😎 all done in a day to keep the truck earning its keep! 👨‍🏭🛠

In for a new downpipe, but customer didnt want the aftermarket cat in, so original cat cut out of the oem exhaust and welded into the aftermarket system and a new rear silencer added to quieten it down a bit 😅 all good now and she sailed through her mot! 😎

After sourcing and waiting on alot of new parts this e36 is looking really good now 😃 after repairing the damaged rear trailing arm pocket, the subframe mounting points have had 3mm reinforcement plates welded in and a whole new freshly powdercoated and polybushed rear end has now been fitted with all new abs sensors a new driveshaft new anti rollbar bushes and links, new bottom half of the hsd shock to replace the damaged one. Its very nearly complete now. Few more bits and pieces and the customer can have his pride and joy back looking fresh underneath.

Heres the latest one in, another e36 328i msport. Owner had a slight misshap and it didnt end well. Rear wheel hit the curb hard, snapping the drive shaft, snapping the bottom of the coilover, ripped the rear trailing arm pocket out of the floor, bent the rear camber arm and snapped a brake line clean off.

Made a good start onit, removing the whole rear end assembly and fuel tank, the damagrd rear trailing arm pocket cut out and a new one fabricated and welded in.

Now waiting on delivery of lots of new parts, keep an eye on this one its going to look mega once completed 😎
