Powermax Upgrade!
Golf R with us for dialling in a Garrett Powermax turbo along with a handful of other mods. Uprated intake, intercooler, sports cat, HPFP internals.
Customer asked for safe and strong so boost limit set to 1.9 bar tailing to 1.6 at peak created a smooth and very drivable machine.
With gearbox software to match, I’m sure it wont be long before it’s returned for another turbo upgrade and tuning!

Caddy K04!
This 2.0 TFSI Caddy came to us wanting more, and more is exactly what we gave it!
With a box full of parts, some supplied by the customer, others supplied by us, he wanted some extensive work doing to get this caddy feeling a bit more spicy than the average conversion.
Dropped with us as a standard conversion we added the following:
K04 kit
Uprated clutch and flywheel
Balance shaft delete
Uprated intake
Intercooler kit
RS4 pressure regulator
HPFP internals
A full service and a few more goodies, we got it all in and then tuned to change this van from normal, to a real headturner!
Now thats not to say it was 100% complete because with a downpipe and some uprated map sensors due it will be returning to be on our dyno for them finishing touches!

Good Morning Everyone
Nick will be away for the rest of the week and next week.
Tuning services in house will be unavailable but Mechanical services will be resumed as normal.
File service will continue as normal but there may be a small delay on returns.

Stage 2 kinda day.
First up we had this 5.0 mustang in for stage 2 software. With uprated headers, sports cat and a cat back system, uprated intakes and plenty of other mods. Previously tuned elsewhere it has issues with surging because of the pop and bang software applied, so it was promptly returned to standard and retuned.
Now with our overrun software set over 4krpm its a lot less aggressive on town driving but there when its needed! Along with gains of 25bhp and 35lbft it becomes a lot more responsive on the throttle.
Secondly we had one of our own in with his C63S for tuning to Stage 2 on ECU and TCU. With downpipes fitted we squeezed an extra 145 bhp from this already lively v8 twin turbo and along with the gearbox tune its hard to keep the rear wheels from letting go all through the gears!
Keep your eyes on this one for plenty more to come!

Another Busy Friday.
Along with 2 Adblue Solutions, a Stage 1 software applied to a Skoda Fabia and multiple files sent for our dealer network we managed to get these 2 done aswell.
First in was an A35 AMG. This came for our Stage 1 software applied to the ecu via bench mode increasing power from 306bhp and 400nm up to 345bhp and 480nm. This also had a Scorpion cat back system supplied and fitted in house to give the sound that these clearly should have come with from factory!
Secondly was this stunning Vegas Yellow Audi TTS for stage 1 engine and TCU tune on the dyno.
Initial Dyno runs in over 29 degrees heat were showing 277bhp and 340nm.
We updated the gearbox to the latest software version then applied Stage 1 software to ECU and TCU.
We managed to see this to 343bhp and 430nm giving us an increase of 66bhp and 90nm of torque!

Back on the dyno!
Been a while since we posted but we have been extremely busy doing lots of Adblue, DPF and EGR solutions and Stage 1 tunes but we are back to doing what we love. Custom builds and Tuning
This Fiat 500 Abarth came to us after a boatload of mods including uprated injectors, hybrid turbo, uprated intercooler, larger MAP sensors and other goodies.
After a few hours on the dyno we maxxed out the injectors showing us a weak fuel pump on logging but we managed a nice and healthy 262bhp with our overrun added.
Customer advised of fuel pump issues so keep your eyes peeled for the return of this and the aim of 300bhp!
