Nissan Note DPF Assessment & Repair.

This Nissan came into us with ongoing DPF problems. We quickly got to the bottom of the problem as the DPF pressure sensor had failed and this had caused the DPF to be heavily blocked. Luckily we keep these sensors in stock so the car was quickly back on the road after replacing the sensor, cleaning the DPF using DC Lubricants Ltd Soak & Rinse and an extended road test to monitor live data.

Two Nissan Qashqai's in today and both fixed without needing any parts.

First one was an exhaust temperature sensor fault that was being caused by a loose connection in a plug. Second one was a blocked exhaust back pressure pipe so we cleaned this out in situ.

Vauxhall Combo 2000 miles follow up health check after replacing the DPF.

We recently had this Combo in with a failed DPF that was causing DPF & NOX efficiency faults and extremely high PN readings (Particulate Number) at the tailpipe. The PN numbers are now below 5000, pressures and regen history are bang on 👌
