We had the springs that where ordersd turn up for the Yamaha yzf 1000 race bike, today I slightly adjusted the single pipe into the can, fabricated the spring hooks fitted the system and fitted the springs. The bike system is now fully completed ready for customer collection.

Today we had the v6 4 motion golf back in to complete the full system, we had already made the 3 inch centre section, and to complete it we hand fabricated the back box, with a slash cut j*p style tip. Once the turbo is fitted we will be making the down pipe and intake pipe for the car.... its going to be a seriously fast car at 600bhp. We are looking forward to see the rest of the progress.

Today we finished the fabrication and welding on the link pipe for the race bike, it is only a temporary system to get the bike up and running, here's a veiw of the temporary full system. Unfortunately I've broken my scaphoid in my wrist. I've adjusted the standard front pipes and built the entire system with a full cast on.

Tomorrow we are back to exhaust work, this is a Yamaha yzf 1000, it is a ground up build in progress, it is already on a trick suspension set up that is made by Ohlins, this is a full blown 1000cc race bike, and is being built to homologation for nothing other than competition use. Tomorrow I will be using and modifying the original factory primaries to build a 4-2-1 and link pipe from stainless steel to the customers supplied silencer. However we will be handmaking this section to the best of our ability it is only a temporary system for set up use only... once the customer has the bike somewhere close it's coming back for one of our bespoke full race systems from the cylinder head back and will be fabricated from titanium. Knowing this customer, once finished this bike will be an absolute work of art from top to bottom, and Power Curve Competition Exhausts will be involved throughout the entire build.

Today I finished this bespoke generator case for this used honda generator that was supplied by the customer, I've basically picked up the hole centres of the original rubber mounting system it was supplied with and used it into my mounting points, it's been fabricated from mild steel and welded using m.i.g. I've dressed out the external welds to keep it looking clean and flush. It's now ready for customer collection.

Here's a job we did from a few weeks ago, three security doors all exactly the same and the frames they sit in. This is extra security for the Inside of the fire escapes of the warehouse. At power curve We designed, hand made, painted and fitted the security doors on site.

We received a fuel tank for a custom motorcycle on Friday, for rework, to be honest the fab was pretty good and the welding was okay but the visible welds had been dressed and the customer wanted the weld bead to be visible, so with some light dressing I rewelded it.

Today we fabricated a 2 into 1 and a 3 inch custom decat centre section that also removes the centre silencer for a golf v6 4 motion. We cut the original system and fitted a fl**ge plate to mate our custom centre section to the original back box. The back box is next on the list....... if your wondering why we've gone for 3 inch the customer is turbo charging the car to a ball park figure of 500-600bhp. We are really looking forward to see its progress.
