How the carbon deposit forms:
When the auto engine works, the fuel oil and a small amount of lubricant which enters into combustion chamber could not
burn completely, therefore, under the circumstance of high temperature and oxidation, the unburned part of oil converts into colloid adhering to the intake valve, intake manifold, piston or the surface of combustion chamber, furthermore, under hi
gh temperature, it solidifies into a asphaltene-oil coke mixture, which is carbon deposit. C8H18+O2→CO+H2O——(incomplete combustion)→CO2+H2O——(complete combustion)
The carbon deposit is formed at spark plug, cover and cylinder head due to incomplete combustion
Chemical equation
:
C8H18+heat(high level combustion)→C+H2+CxHy——(carbon deposit)
Hazard of carbon deposit :
The carbon deposition causes abnormal emission, increase of fuel consumption, idle vibration, powered lowering, easy
engine stops and difficult engine starts, furthermore, the lifespan of TWC, oxidation sensor and spark plug will be shortened, if severe carbon deposition occurs, it may cause the intake valve burnt or adhered, preignition, deflagration, engine knock, cylinder scoring to damage the engine cylinder. Built up Carbon, also leads to permanent failure of expensive and vital engine parts: Injectors, EGR Valve, Turbocharger, DPF , Catalytic Converter, Manifold etc. This all leads to costly repairs spanning from £200 – £2000 in parts and excessive labour. Working principle :
The advanced “PEM” technology which electrolyses pure water is used by our machine to generate 99.99% of Pure Hydrogen. Under the ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure, the hydrogen is conveyed directly into the combustion chamber of the operational engine, in which, the hydrogen is converted into hydrogen ions and burning with the carbon deposit and oil sludge to generate carbon dioxide and water, so as to remove the carbon deposit effectively and clean the engine as well. The hydrogen is converted into hydrogen ions in a certain condition H2→2H+
The high activated hydrogen ions combined with carbon
deposit and oil sludge in the combustion chamber are
converted into carbon dioxide and water which is discharged with the car exhaust:
C+H+→CxHy
CxHy+O2→CO2+H2O
