At Steer, wellbeing isn’t treated as a tick-box exercise, it’s something we genuinely care about across the business.
That’s why we’re pleased to be supporting the 🚍 BEN Bus Tour as it travels across multiple Steer sites in June, including Steer Commercial Heathrow earlier this week, bringing wellbeing support and resources directly to our teams.
Ben - Support for Life does incredible work supporting people across the automotive industry, and we’re proud to support initiatives that make those services more visible, accessible, and easier to engage with.
TThe Wellbeing on Wheels tour is all about sparking conversations, raising awareness of the support BEN offers, and giving colleagues a chance to connect, recharge, and take a moment for themselves during the working day.
With World Wellbeing Week (24–30 June) shining a light on physical, mental, emotional, and financial wellbeing, it’s a timely reminder of the importance of supportive workplaces across our industry.
Expect goodie bags, biscuits, and plenty of friendly faces along the way 🚍
