Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for an accounts administrator to join our team.

Duties Include but not limited to:
• Bank Reconciliations
• Reconcile customer payments
• Produce customer statements
• Raising customer invoices
• Dealing with customer and supplier queries
• Reconcile supplier payments
• Providing administrative assistance to management team
• Preparing VAT returns for approval
• Producing reports to assist with financial analysis
• Credit control and dealing with payment queries
• Working with Sage accounts/ Xero accounts
• Running weekly wages and working with sage payroll

Our Ideal Candidate should Have:
• A minimum of two years’ accounts experience ideally within a small to medium size business.
• A minimum of two years’ experience using sage
• Excellent IT skills-experience of using a variety of computer software.

Full or Part time Role – hours will be discussed and agreed with the ideal candidate
Salary – dependant on experience
