𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

> Your instructor is a self-employed professional operating under Jim’s School of Driving.

> The contract for tuition is solely between you and your instructor.

𝐓𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

> You must be at least 17 years old (or 16 if receiving the higher rate of Disability Living Allowance - mobility component).

> You must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence.

> You must be legally entitled to drive in the UK.

𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

> If you or your instructor cancel a lesson, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required, or the lesson may still be charged.

> Lesson timings, locations, and duration must be agreed upon with your instructor.

> If you book a driving test, you must notify your instructor at least three weeks in advance.

𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭

> Your instructor will determine when you are ready to take the driving test based on your driving ability, progress, and consistency.

> Booking a test without your instructor’s approval may result in lesson cancellations or a refusal to use the instructor’s car for the test.

> Your instructor may require a mock test before confirming your readiness.

> If you book a driving test, you must notify your instructor at least three weeks in advance.
