This is why you should always go with someone fully qualified, fully insured and has the experience and knowledge to do the job correctly!
We recently attended this Vauxhall Corsa for a new customer, someone had previously looked at it for a suspension knock, apparently tightened something after road testing and then told the customer it would need some bits but she was fine to drive it (2hrs a day!) to and from work still. When the customer asked us to attend to inspect the vehicle properly we found both front suspension top mounts had excessive play (common on th Corsa d models) also the n/s/f shock had a large leak going on, perhaps more concerning were the two bald front tyres they had failed to notice! We rectified the faults, inc two new tyres on the front and got the customer back out a few hours later with her vehicle now safe to continue her commute, remember guys, always go with someone who can back up their work and can prove their credentials!
